I'll show you how to do this, and also give you some recipes for other flavors, like pumpkin and mixed berry recipes. If you are adding Nut Butter Browniesto your Sundae, I recommend you make them before the show.
Hot Fudge Sauce
Prep time5-10 minutes
Cook time3 minutes
Yield3-4 servings
🌱 Ingredients
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (I prefer dark chocolate)
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 1/2 cups nondairy milk, divided
5 tablespoons maple syrup
pinch of sea salt
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
👩🍳 Directions
In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the cocoa, cornstarch and 1/2 cup of the milk until blended.
Add the remaining 1 cup milk and the maple syrup to the saucepan and continue to whisk until thoroughly combined.
Cook the mixture over medium heat, whisking constantly, for 2-3 minutes, or until it becomes bubbly and forms a thick sauce.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and whisk in the vanilla and sea salt.
Serve warm over your favorite dessert.
Banana 'Nice' Cream
Prep time10 minutes

Yield 2-3 servings
🌱 Ingredients
2 medium ripe bananas, peeled, sliced and frozen (the riper the banana, the sweeter the ice cream!)
2-4 tablespoons unsweetened nondairy milk
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
👩🍳 Directions
Place the frozen banana slices, milk, and vanilla extract into a high speed blender or food processor and blend until very smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and push down the sides every so often. It should have the consistency of soft serve ice cream.
You can also place the nice cream in the freezer for 1-2 hours if you prefer a firmer consistency.
Leftovers will store in an airtight glass container in the freezer. Allow it to thaw for 20-30 minutes before serving.
🍦Flavor Add Ins
Chocolate
2 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder
Chocolate Fudge Brownie
2 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1-2 brownies crumbled Add these after your nice cream is smooth and pulse briefly to combine with the nice cream.
Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip
1/4 cup all natural peanut butter
1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips
Pumpkin Spice
1/2 cup unsweetened pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Very Berry
1 cup frozen berries
Island Tropical
2-4 tablespoons coconut milk (Use this in place of the unsweetened nondairy milk in the original recipe.)
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 cup frozen mango
